10 Creepy Fallout Locations You Wish You'd Never Visited

3. The Cathedral - Fallout

Fallout's main villain organization is the cult known as the Cult of the Cathedral, and it is in their central base where players can uncover some truly chilling finds.

Of course, any cult in Fallout is going to end up being a twisted and cruel version of society, but the Cathedral takes the cake in maniacal organizations.

The Cathedral is full of television screens broadcasting the same messages over and over, obey, truth, and unity. Everyone is robed and simply does the same things every day. The Cathedral is actually a new building built by the cult itself, which is why it's one of the most pristine buildings you can find in the Fallout franchise outside of Vault 101.

The windows are all tinted red, the stone is pitch black, and worst of all is the underground vault the Cathedral was built upon, which has become a horrific mashup or organic and inorganic parts, all part of the cult's leader, the Master. Making the Cathedral one of those Fallout places you wish you hadn't visited.
