10 Creepy Video Game Characters You ACTUALLY Root For

8. Dollface - Twisted Metal Black

Twisted Metal: Black is the fifth game in the car-combat series. Notable for being a dark and gritty reboot of the previously silly games, it was, surprisingly, exactly what the series needed after going completely off the rails in Twisted Metals 3 and 4. The driver of the semi truck Darkside was also rebooted from the mysterious Mr. Ash to the creepy, porcelain doll-masked Dollface.

In a game packed with serial killers and demonic spirits, you'd be forgiven for taking one look at Dollface and assuming she was some kind of horror-movie devil doll come to life. Unfortunately, it would be a much happier story if that were true.

Dollface was raised in an abusive home. After graduating college and finally escaping her brutal home-life, she went to work for a dollmaker who was all too much like her parents. After accidentally spilling his coffee one day, he fastened this mask to her face, hid the only key, and had her committed to a mental asylum.

There, the enigmatic Calypso invited her to participate in his Twisted Metal tournament, the grand prize being a single wish. Fight to the death for her one and only chance at a normal life?

Get it, girl!
