7. Pickman - Fallout 4
During your wanderings across the Commonwealth in Fallout 4, there's a good chance that you may stumble across a group of dead Raiders, bodies on display, each carrying the calling card of someone named Pickman.
The card is a note, inviting all Raiders to visit him at his art gallery. On the note is a heart drawn in blood. This encounter will mark Pickman Gallery on your map and give you the vague objective to simply go there and see what's up.
Upon arriving at the gallery, you enter into the middle of a full-blown Raider siege, all to hunt Pickman and make him pay for his "heinous" crimes. The gallery is also full of body parts - notably severed heads - as well as Pickman's art, painted in blood.
It quickly becomes clear that Pickman is, essentially, a serial killer hunting, killing, and dismembering Raiders simply because... well... he hates Raiders.
Is that really so bad, though? Sure he's deranged but, unlike the Raiders who will kill and rob anyone, he isn't hurting anyone or anything innocent. This freak is doing the Commonwealth a major public service. Are we supposed to judge him just because he enjoys his work a little too much?
