10 Cult Classic Video Games That Deserve A Sequel

Deadly Premonition is the definition of a gaming cult classic. So bad it's actually quite fantastic, it would be amazing to see some sort of follow up.

Can that even be done though? One of the biggest charms of Deadly Premonition is how unique it is. No other game has the same sort of critical confusion behind it, with the game somehow managing to perplex and enchant critics in equal number.

Although giving Deadly Premonition a sequel might actually make the first game a little less special, the adventures of York and Zach and the town of Greenvale. As long as the actual charm and nature of the game remained the same, producing the game with a little bit more finesse might make it even better.

Swery has previously said that he would be interested in returning to the Deadly Premonition series at some point in the future, although he didn't know how it would be delivered.

Here's hoping we get to see it this generation.
