Even though console commands are usually available to PC gamers, it's usually because the PC version needs to be more accessible for modders and gamers alike. For console gamers who don't usually get access to console commands it's a rare privilege and a dastardly cheat. Two Worlds was not a perfect game, as covered in my games that suck piece. It was supposed to be a turning point in the development of RPGs, although it just flopped around like a fish out of water and suffocated on the shores while games like Oblivion stared and watched. Two Worlds was made even easier than it already was with the addition of console commands for the Xbox 360. By holding LB and RB and pressing A the console window would appear. Pressing X would open the virtual keyboard and entering "TwoWorldsCheat1" it would activate the cheat mode, although activating this would disable achievements. Console Commands in general are a pretty cheap way to play a game but at least in PC games you can use them for interesting Machinima, with this it's just sad.
