Irrational Games

A big ol' racist who created a white nationalist heaven in the sky, locked his own daughter that he stole from another reality in a tower guarded by a terrifying mechanical protector, and had the ultimate goal of reigning down terror on America from the safety of his floating city, Comstock is one of the best - and most ambitiously evil - gaming villains ever.

The self-proclaimed prophet hunts you down throughout the entirely of Bioshock: Infinite, all the while spewing his religious rhetoric and positioning himself as a god-like figure. His constant lectures alone are enough to make you hate him, but seeing the oppression and fear the villain actively cultivates across every inch of the title's world ensures each player is begging for his head by the end of the game.

This rivalry gets even more heated when you find out that Comstock is just another version of main character Booker, meaning you're essentially on a quest to kill an evil dictator you were only a few bad choices away from becoming yourself.
