10 Features The PS5 Desperately Needs

As impressive as the PS5's lightning-fast loading times are, it was disappointing to see that the console doesn't support quick resume functionality across multiple games.

This is easily one of the Xbox Series X's most jaw-dropping features, allowing players to swap between 4-6 games (depending on their RAM-intensiveness) within a matter of seconds.

On the PS5, swapping between games is still much, much faster than on the PS4, but you're talking 20-30 seconds to move from one game to the next, especially with some games forcing you to sit through unskippable splash screens for a few seconds.

Considering this is another feature which the PS5's system architecture should absolutely be capable of, many have speculated that it simply wasn't ready for release, and fingers are crossed that Sony may roll it out in the coming weeks or months.
