The Dictator has always had powerful combos and special moves that sapped away your pocket change, but M.Bison was even more of a bother in Street Fighter Alpha 3.
He'll first lure you into a false sense of security. During the first round, he will not perform as many special moves or combos. One round down, another one to go.
The big clue that Lord Bibson has a nefarious plan hidden in his cape is with his special meter. It looks very different to the ones used by every other character. It's exclusive to the final form of this boss and when it's full, he can use a screen-wide version of the Psycho Crusher.
It's unavoidable and will likely end the round there and then. The only way to deal with it is to block and pray. If you somehow managed to block, you'll still have to deal with input-reading AI that can wipe off half your health with a well placed combo.
