10 Gaming Sequels We Want To See in Next Generation

9. Mass Effect

EA have already confirmed future installments of Mass Effect and why not? The universe that Bioware have created is truly astounding. While Shepard's journey may be over, there are almost infinite possibilities for future titles. The reapers may be gone but there are plenty of other threats that could take centre stage. Playing as different races is all but confirmed and expect a complete overhaul of the combat system. But if Bioware are clever, they could reinvent the series without completely breaking away from Shepard's trilogy. After the end of Mass Effect 3, a global search for the Commander could see you travel the universe as a bounty hunter looking for Shepard, who it's believed has vital information regarding a new threat. The only problem that future Mass Effect games might suffer from is repetitiveness. It might be better to start fresh in a different time period. Of course they could just make a prequel.
