10 Great Tablet Games
10. World of Goo Sometimes I find that the world we all inhabit just isnt gooey enough, its then that I pick up my iPad for some comfort. World of Goo is a physics-based puzzler in which player manipulates balls of goo to create large structures. Building things with goo balls might not sound like too much fun, but after a few levels the game pulls you in. Whether its constructing bridges or towers, avoiding windmills or drops, playing this game is more fun than it sounds. The aim is to get your goo-structure to the exit pipe, a goal reminiscent of the classic Lemmings. An Indie game at heart, World of Goo took a while to make it onto the iPad. Developed by 2D Boy as their debut release it has become one of the most popular and well-loved iPad games. This is good news for the iPad, as it may become the new breeding ground for indie titles looking to make it big.
