Probably a better place where people are not judged solely on their appearance or mannerisms, but I digress, given that this article is about Worms and not the discussion of a utopian society. The series made an ill-fated foray into 3D in the early noughties, which made the once simple game overly complex and drove a number of fans away, prompting a return to the classic 2D format in later iterations. Perhaps the most amusing addition to the gameplay at this point was the Inflatable Scouser, a stereotypical Liverpudlian who would walk up to an opponent, pick him up, inflate, become airbourne and finally pop, dropping his passenger a considerable distance. Im not exactly sure of the inspiration for this creation, but it raises more than a few chuckles.
