10 Hard Video Game Bosses With Weaknesses You Utilised

1. Incubus - Silent Hill

Metal Gear Solid V
Konami

Silent Hill is one of the system-defining titles on the original PlayStation. Its approach to interactive horror was something that many had never experienced up until its release, and its tension was constantly at the source of its charm. The ability to control the main character made it more frightening than any movie could be.

It's a game that's known for its great characters and eerie atmosphere, and while the bosses are enjoyable and suitably scary, they're not really the point of the experience.

Like in many games, upon arriving at the end there stands a huge foe that must be overcome. Its name is Incubus, and it looks threatening, especially in comparison to protagonist Harry Mason's ordinary aura.

It doesn't have to be, though, as Incubus has a fatal flaw that Konami included for players who weren't careful with their ammunition.

Arriving at the encounter with zero bullets would seem like the worst idea imaginable, but here it's a cheeky trick that gives players the upper hand. After surviving for a while the boss will simply die, allowing even the most wasteful of players the chance to see its ending.
