6. Lawrence, The First Vicar
An optional boss in Bloodbornes fantastic, but viciously punishing, Old Hunters DLC- Lawrence is an absolute nightmare to try to take down. The hulking beast is one of the most intimidating foes in all of Bloodborne.
Lawrences giant gangling frame belies his absolutely rapid speed which has caught out countless players ready to best the beast. This combined with Lawrences insane power (he has an irritating habit of simply one-shotting players just as they feel as if they have a handle on the fight) and his seemingly insurmountable health pool makes Lawrence an absolute battle of patient attrition.
Lawrence's first and second phases are incredibly aggressive and require exceptional patience to find opportunities to attack. His final phase as well is a deceptive step up in difficulty as well as the seemingly downed and slowed Lawrence still manages (with no legs!) to close down distance almost instantly and now leaves a trail of lava all across the arena just for good measure. Lawrence has all the ingredients to make him one of the toughest From Soft bosses of all time. If by this point in the game Bloodborne players were not already fearing the old blood, they certainly were after Lawrence.
