2. Side Op 150 'Secure Quiet' - Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
(Spoilers) The Phantom Pain's vast open world has its fair share of secret missions which you only unlock under specific conditions that are based on your actions throughout the game. Completing Side Op 150 technically leads to the ending of Quiet's story. To unlock this mission, you must do the following: Don't kill Quiet in Mission 11... obviously Make sure Quiet's bond level with you is maxed out Watch the cinematic of Emmerich getting dismissed from Mother Base Don't wear the Butterly (front) emblem on your logo Don't try to prevent Quiet from leaving after Mission 43 Once you meet these conditions, Side Op 150 appears on your map. It's a relatively simple mission, but leads to the true ending of Quiet's story and unlocks Mission 45. It's also one of the required conditions to unlock the 'true' final mission in the game...
