10 Hilarious Glitches That Made Good Games Amazing

8. Need For Speed Most Wanted €“ The Overly-Enthusiastic Police Helicopter

Need For Speed Most Wanted - Helicopter If you€™ve ever watched a real-life Cop show, you€™ll know that when the Helicopters get involved, it€™s usually not good news for the criminal. Unconstrained by the limits of the road, these metal birds chase round their quarry like a thermal camera-owning pervert, keeping the boys in blue well aware of what€™s going on. Usually, this reconnaissance is all their job is limited to €“ they fly about, acting as the eyes and ears. Well apparently, the Need For Speed cops never got the memo, because those air-cops love themselves some action, and apparently really want to catch you. Their capture-lust is unabated, and they€™ll happily come down to your level to tell you so. Seriously, these helicopters get ridiculously low to the ground, in scenarios where their whirling blades actually become beneficial to the player. You see, while the men in chopper seem to take their work far too seriously, they can€™t actually apprehend you €“ they€™re still only surveying you, albeit with their rotors wiping out everything in your path. So what tends to happen is they end up like a walking force of indecisiveness, always slightly too far in front but throwing trucks out of the way like confetti. I€™d like to imagine that it€™s just one man, his commissioner is really pissed off with him. After all, it€™s not like he can bust him down to traffic €“ he€™s already there, and he€™s left all sorts of destruction in his wake.
