Years of Mario clones have resulted in tons of games utilizing the sprites created by Nintendo with little alteration, making them supposedly unique. It's rare that a developer will code a game to look exactly like Super Mario Bros., but take the time to completely redo all of the artwork.

Ultra Dario is a platformer in the same vein as Super Mario Bros., and while it does look exactly like the game it's clearly based on, it does come with the following disclaimer:

"Disclaimer: All the artowork in this games is original including graphics, programming and sounds. This game it is not related in any way to super mario bros, or nintendo in any way. Any similarities are pure coincidence."

Gameplay is just like the game it's based upon, and while the artwork is certainly different, there's no way anyone could believe its creation was pure coincidence. Interestingly, the description for the game says it's made "in the style of Super Mario" and "Giana Sisters," which is another well-known clone. Despite looking just like Super Mario Bros., Nintendo hasn't gone for the dev's throat, so Ultra Dario remains online.
