Lucius is rather narcissistically named son of Lucifer, aka the Devil, which comes with some supernatural benefits. Lucifer wants Lucius, who you play as throughout, to use those benefits to cause the death of everyone who resides in his family manor to repay a debt. And like the good boy you are, you go about doing so with hellishly vindictive detail.
Whether it's locking people in freezers, killing them with nail guns, or using your good old fashioned pyrokinetic abilities, Lucius unleashes his inner devil through his murder spree, and so do you as a result.
