2. The Lack Of Japanese Lip Sync - Ghost Of Tsushima

Sucker Punch's recently released Ghost of Tsushima has delivered a fittingly epic, compulsively addictive swan song for the PS4, albeit one which ships with a fascinatingly bizarre oversight.

Despite enticingly offering players the ability to play through the game with either English or native Japanese audio, the game features only English lip sync for the dialogue.

As a result, even if you're hoping for an "authentic" experience by playing with Japanese audio, you'll be constantly distracted in cutscenes as the characters very clearly mouth the words in English.

For a game that claims to harbour a deep reverence for Japanese culture and history, it's extremely disappointing that a second lip sync track wasn't created for the Japanese audio.

It would've been work, for sure, but given that Ghost of Tsushima was a AAA project coming from a major studio, there wasn't really any excuse for the omission.

Last year's Judgment managed to offer up dual lip sync options despite clearly being developed on a far smaller budget, so it's tough to view this as anything other than a bit lazy.
