Following the exemplary third instalment and the mostly solid - if not too much of the same - fourth, Gat out of Hell torpedoed Saints Row and left it six feet under.

For now, Deep Silver are avoiding having to answer the question of where the series goes by setting another game in the same universe, but it's one that - as yet - looks to take the established pedigree of Volition, and put it to work on a stopgap entry nobody really wants.
