10 Incredible Star Wars Video Games That Desperately Deserve Sequels

7. The Force Unleashed

If there was a bigger prime example of how lightning doesn't strike twice by default, it would be the regression of the Force Unleashed series. Though the first title received a lukewarm reception at best, it garnered large admiration within the Star Wars community, with fans citing Sam Witwer's performance as Starkiller and the game's story as being clear highlights. The second game ruined the narrative progression from the first, and the story clocked in at a measly five hours - not particularly great when you're charging £40 for a brand new title - which eventually led to the series' failure to return for a third outing. The Force Unleashed III may not be on the cards yet, but there's definitely demand for a threequel to wrap up the trilogy and provide closure to Galen Marek's fate in the Star Wars universe. Multiple ideas as to what it should include abound, but whichever way it proceeds all that matters is that it holds onto those ridiculous force abilities and cranks them up even further.
