8. Wesker (Resident Evil 5) And Handsome Jack (Borderlands 2)
Perhaps unconventional team up, but one that would be freaking amazing would be the team-up of the terrifying villains Albert Wesker from the Resident Evil series, and Handsome Jack from the Borderlands series.
Both are incredibly skilled manipulators and traitors, able to turn on anyone for their own personal gain. Both seek intense powers that can easily dispatch any hero and both are surprisingly decent leaders, making their betrayals all the more shocking and cruel.
While Wesker has both brains and brawn thanks to the superpowers he gains over the course of the Resident Evil series, Handsome Jack has an endless army of robots at his command and is pretty handy when it comes to fighting. Most likely Handsome Jack would try to use Wesker as his personal puppet which may end up in the two killing each other.
But before their unsurprising betrayals the two could easily find ways to control the world, unleashing zombies and robots upon the innocent civilians of Earth and each would pose a formidable foe for any single hero or even a team of heroes.
