10 Incredibly Rare Video Game Collectors Editions

8. Hyrule Warriors - Collectors Edition

Now as we all know I am absolutely besotted with love for the Warriors series of games, and from all of the mainstay Dynasty Warriors entries, through to Samurai Warriors, Orochi Warriors, Gundam, One Piece, and even the Fire Emblem Warriors, I've owned them all and loved them all in their own special way.

Except Dynasty Warriors 6 that can die in a !*$% fire.

ANYWAY, it turned out that even Link wanted to get in on the button-mashing frenzy and so in 2014 Nintendo released Hyrule Warriors, and celebrated their first foray into the world of Warriors with a collectors edition that I am genuinely gutted I couldn't get at the time.

The package itself containing the game and an incredibly cool replica of Link's scarf was very minimal in terms of content, but so too were its quantity and so after just a few days stocks of this were completely dry. Nowadays the rarity of the scarf has pushed prices up to such an extent that it may well be the only thing keeping you warm through winter as you won't be able to afford heating if you sink upwards of a thousand dollars on this.
