When looking at the Golden Scorpion mask that comes with the MK 11 Kollectors edition you might feel a shiver run through your spine, as while this series is mostly concerned with breaking them, this suite of goodies is a thing of beauty.
Meticulously crafted, and packed with simple, refined goodies, this is a hard alternative to what the actual gameplay conveys, which would likely just be a bag of offal had it matched the bone-breaking, eye-gouging combat. Thanks to the DLC skins of this edition being highly sought after it's quite literally impossible to get your hands on the original package without paying prices that make your wallet feel like it's taken a fatality, and it doesn't help that skins such as the Golden Demon for Scorpion look so good you may actually be tempted to get one.
Never has Mortal Kombat looked so good and been so utterly free from blood and viscera while doing so.
