10 Infuriating Video Game Boss Battles That Made You Rage Quit

In Guitar Hero III's story (yes, it had a story) you would have these little one-on-one guitar battles with rock legends. The first came against Tom Morello from Rage Against the Machine and the second against Slash from Guns N' Roses. Not to be out done by the two prior, the third boss was against none other than Satan himself, or Lou as he went in GHIII.

You faced off against Lou in a rock remix of "The Devil Went Down To Georgia," which was probably the most fitting choice ever. However, this song was one of the hardest songs in the game, rivalled only by Dragonforce's "Through The Fire And Flames."

Here's the thing: If you had been playing the game on Expert up until this point and you made it to Lou and couldn't get a grasp on this song, that sucks for you. There's no turning down the difficulty, there's no way out. You either beat Lou on Expert, or don't, and are forced to practice the song over and over (and over) until you think you stand a chance.

Lou had players doing their best Jimi Hendrix impression as they broke down and lit their guitars on fire because of the frustration, and just to show you how much of a pain this song was, here's someone getting 100% on it, because you'll never be that good.
