For decades, Capcom have churned out a plethora of Marvel-based fighting titles, most notably the Marvel vs Capcom series. Even though each of these games concludes with a nightmarishly difficult boss like Apocalypse or Thanos, no one is as cheap as Magneto, who served as the final foe in X-Men: Children of the Atom.

As can be expected, the Master of Magnetism performs a legion of powerful moves, ruthless counters, and speedy combos. Unlike every other combatant, his Special Gauge fills automatically, allowing him to unleash devastating Supers at a rapid rate. Mags can also fly indefinitely, making it difficult to land a single blow on him or figure out where his projectiles are going to come from. On top of that, Magneto can summon two types of forcefield, which literally render him invincible.

However, Magneto's most infuriating move is the HyperGrab. For this attack, he conjures unblockable energy balls that home in on you at breakneck speed. Even if you manage to dodge three of these energy balls, the last one will tag you, leaving you stunned. The energy ball will then drag you towards Magneto, allowing him to perform any attack, with no chance of you countering.
