10 INSANELY Early Predictions For E3 2020

Bioware has had a... rough couple of years.

Mass Effect Andromeda bombed back in 2017. Being unoptimised and seemingly unfinished on release, fans have been disappointed and mocking the kind of emotionless animation and hideous face models.

Flash forward two years and we got Anthem, another horribly-received game because of server and connectivity issues, that still felt unfinished.

Suddenly stories were popping up about the tragedy that was Anthem's development up till release.

Apparently, a lot of developers from other projects were assigned to "save" Anthem, and one of them was... the entire team that worked on Dragon Age 4. According to the report by Kotaku the project was picked up by another team inside Bioware and basically rebooted. Anthem still struggles, and there are rumours of a switch to a Free-to-Play model.

We got the first teaser to Dragon Age 4 at the Game Awards Show in 2018 and while the whole Anthem drama might have slowed down development, I'm positive we are going to see some new footage in a year.
