10 Insanely Underrated Wrestling Video Games You Must Play

6. Saturday Night Slam Masters (1993) - Capcom CP System

Known in Japan as Muscle Bomber. Saturday Night Slam Masters is a wrestling game by Capcom that bears similarities to the likes of Final Fight (Haggar's actually in the game) and the early Street Fighters.

The game uses a three-button configuration: grab, attack and jump. Each character also has two special attacks which are either a non-grappling technique or a finisher.

There are the two basic game modes, both of which, use the ladder system from fighting games. The singles match, in which the player fights against the NPCs; and Team Battle Royale which is two players against NPCs.

Despite it's connection to the fighting game genre, Slam Masters remains rather simple which allows for any wrestling fan to jump in and control with relative ease.
