10 Insulting Video Game Achievements That 'Reward' You For Sucking

3. What Have I Done? - Surgeon Simulator

Surgeon Simulator is the kind of gimmick game that streaming was made for. The physics-heavy experience casts the player as a surgeon forced to perform life-saving procedures on patients, but the twist is you're essentially a backwards, tentacle alien wearing human skin, and even basic movements like grabbing a scalpel can be arduous, frustrating tasks.

90% of the fun comes from just thinking you're getting the hang of it... only to then make one botched move and accidentally cut out your patient's eyes. Put simply, the chances of survival for the people on your operating table aren't high, and you'll fail more times than you succeed.

At least the game rewards you for some of these failures, though there is one achievement that stands above the rest. "What Have I Done?" pops when you kill a patient under 15 seconds from starting surgery, a pretty impressive f*ck up all things considered.
