6. Adamantoise - Final Fantasy XV

Adamantoise is a so-called "superboss" in Final Fantasy XV, and one of the most visually impressive enemies in all of gaming. Allegedly one of the oldest creatures in the world, the mythical giant requires a herculean feat of strength to defeat, taking over two hours of real time (and three days in game) to beat.

Despite how tough it is, it's easily one of the most memorable fights in the sequel, but if for some reason you wanted to avoid the battle entirely and take the big beast out in a more efficient timeframe, there is a way to kill it with a single strike.

Introduced with the Chapter 13 DLC, the ring of Lucio buff gives you the chance to take out any enemy in a single hit. Unfortunately, you have to play the RNG game, as well as being a pretty high level to pull it off, but when it works and you take the beast down with a single blow, it feels unbelievably satisfying.
