10 Laziest Super Mario Boss Fights Of All Time

8. Wiggler - Super Mario 64

Super Mario Bros.
Nintendo

The first boss of Super Mario 64, King Bob-omb, is often criticised for being too easy. In his defence, Super Mario 64 was one of the first 3D games that many people ever played. Being the first boss, Nintendo made King Bob-omb easy to give the player a chance to get use to moving in a 3D environment.

If you are going to criticise any enemy for being too unchallenging, look no further than the guardian of Tiny-Huge Island, Wiggler. To defeat this adorable caterpillar, you need to jump on his head three times. His only form of attack is walking into you.

What makes this bout more ridiculous is listening to Wiggler's threats. When you stomp him the first time, he says that you're making him mad. So what does he do? Does he up his game? Try a different strategy?

No. He just walks slightly faster. When you stomp him a second time, he says, "Now you're asking for it!" This is when Wiggler reveals a new attack. He jumps... once. That's it. Even though Wiggler appears in one of the final stages of the game, he is easier than the very first boss.
