China has a rich history dating back thousands of years. Their stories has been well-kept, with tales and records going back millennia that span many time periods that could be used as the setting for an AC game. For example the Dynasty Warriors series has focused on the Three Kingdoms, and that would be an outstanding time to host an AC adventure. However, they don't have to go that far back to find interesting periods in Chinese history for a game setting. The other big advantage to putting an AC game in China is the assortment of weapons that could be featured. China is known for having unique weaponry which had designs that went mostly unchanged for centuries. Along with the long history of martial arts combat that could be featured, China has always been known as a place for unique architecture, sprawling cities and mountainous regions that would be great to explore as an Assassin or Templar.
