10 Locations Future Assassin's Creed Games Need To Visit
5. England
Haytham Kenway was in England for a very short time at the beginning of AC3, but we never really got a chance to sink our teeth into the region. Placing an Assassin's Creed game in England during the same time that AC3 took place would allow for the popular sailing mechanic to be used as well as all the major English cities for free-running and climbing. London is an obvious choice for a setting, but many AC games have featured several cities, which opens up the door for Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield and several other populated areas. There are plenty of recognisable landmarks for the player to scale and a lot of historical figures to play Assassins and Templars. They could also go further back and feature the adventures of a young Haytham or an older Edward after he had relocated there. A new character could be created, or they could go the route of using a member of the Royal Family as a protagonist. The possibilities are endless.
I have been a writer for Bleacher Report for several years, and am now happy to also be a writer at What Culture! I do my best to contribute anywhere I can in a positive way, and that includes in my writing. Some people call me The Doctor, but Chris is fine.
