10 Locations Future Assassin's Creed Games Need To Visit

3. Dubai

Dubai is a massive city with a long history, but it would be most ideal for a game set in today's time period. Ubisoft has always said that they like using history as their playground, but the possibility always remains that a game could feature a modern setting too. AC3 featured a lot of gameplay set in modern buildings, so we know the developers have the ability to adapt the game to a current setup. It might be easier to imagine something like this coming out on the PSP or some future handheld device, but it would make an interesting addition to the series on any platform. Putting the game in Dubai gives them the chance to feature some of the largest structures they would ever be able to use in one of their games. The Burj Khalifa is currently the tallest structure made by man in the world. Just imagine the possibilities when it comes to using that building in a game that focuses heavily on climbing. We don't think bed of flowers would save you from that fall.
