Download Ultimate Perk Pack Bethesda has made much of the fact that there will be a total of 275 ranks across all the perks available to you in Fallout 4. But that's a cunning way of concealing the fact that there are only 70 unique perks in the game, which isn't that much more than in Fallout 3. With the Ultimate Perk Pack, Fallout 3 really blows Fallout 4 out of the water with a total of 70 perks on top of the 60 or so available in the base game. These include the Fishboy/girl perk, which gives your character 'gills' and makes them better at drinking irradiated water, the Paranoid perk which improves perception but reduces Attack Points, and Merciful Killer, which deals double damage to enemies with under 25% health if you have good Karma. There are also several perks you gain specifically for completing certain quests, and tweaks have been made to the existing set of perks to make them. Best of all, as you can see in the picture above, all the perks have their own new drawings of Vault Boy - making them blend into the game seamlessly. What do you make of these mods?
