The final theory is one of the least likely (since Bruce's father is obviously dead) and yet one of the most overwhelmingly popular theories going. Yes, one of the leading contenders expected to be revealed as the Arkham Knight is none other than Thomas Wayne. The first trailer for the game featured the reading of his will, in which he entrusted the safety and improvement of Gotham City to Bruce. Though he urged him not to waste their money on "fast cars, and outrageous clothes and the pursuit of a destructive lifestyle". Um ... too late! So it has been reasoned that Thomas Wayne probably would not approve of Bruce's role as Batman and so may be hunting him down as the Arkham Knight, in order to put an end to his reckless vigilantism. Of course that is where the evidence ends, and we're being very generous calling it that. Nobody has yet speculated on how Thomas could return from the dead, short of a Lazarus Pit. And would he really be planning to end Bruce's life as Batman by killing him? You can see how this theory is full of holes, and yet despite it all, fans stand by it. They are more convinced of the Arkham Knights identity than they are of Batman's! We can't say much more on the subject, but if Thomas Wayne really is the Arkham Knight, you can be sure it will be a reveal for the ages! That's all we have on the Arkham Knight.
