10 Most Annoying Pokémon Ever
8. Chansey
There’s a lot of extremely bulky Pokémon who turn what should be a fast paced battle into a turgid war of attrition. The Pokémon with massive Defense stats are the worst for this, but there’s some who have move sets built for utter frustration.
Obviously there’s Blissey, Chansey’s evolved form which has even bulkier stats, but as a fully evolved Pokémon you expect that to bring their a game. Chansey should be more of a pushover, especially given its cutesy design. However, it’s just as capable as Blissey and way less imposing.
Like the next entry, it’s absolutely devastating in the hands of a competitive trainer, though you should be alright enough against an NPC. With someone who knows what they’re doing though, you’re in for a grindy snoozefest.
Toxic, Soft Boiled, Reflect and an attacking move (Dazzling Gleam, maybe) is the kind of move set built to annoy you into submission. Giving it a taste of its own medicine with Toxic or getting a critical hit on a Fighting STAB are your only real chances here.
In Pokémon Go, the Chansey problem has returned. Gyms tend to be loaded with defensive monsters, with Chansey, Blissey, Snorlax and Slaking clogging up most of them.
