10 Most Annoying Pokémon Ever
4. Feebas
The very popular Milotic evolves from Feebas in an ugly duckling style story. Much like Magikarp to Gyarados, the idea is to take a weak, fairly useless Pokémon and put in the time to get something powerful. Gyarados has a fearsome aesthetic to Milotic’s more beautiful look, but it’s the same basic principle.
However, Magikarp isn’t annoying. Terrible, yes, but not annoying. Switch train it for a while until you get it to level 20, and you’re done. Drop your Old Rod line anywhere and you’ll find it. With Feebas though, it’s not so easy.
For one thing, Feebas is much rarer. It’s only available in one spot, which requires the Acro Bike and Surf to reach. Once you’re there, of the 400 water tiles (the squares where you can fish), only six of them can contain Feebas. And you won’t know if you’ve actually checked that spot until you’ve tried it five times. It’s a nightmare.
Let’s say you do manage to catch Feebas, you then have to force feed it Pokéblocks until its Beauty hits 170; although there’s no numerical representation of Beauty in the game.
Unless its nature is Impish, Careful or Adamant, in which case it can’t evolve at all.
