Miami, here we come! The sunny streets, the Deco buildings, the cruise in your Cadillac down the palm-lined beach strip - these are just some of the things we all looked forward to when jumping into Driver.

But don't get too carried away just yet, because first you need to get past the tutorial. Fair enough, you think to yourself, as you take a look at the list of car manoeuvres you need to do in the grimy underground car park before you can begin the game in earnest.

But then you realise that you're not getting any pointers about how to actually do said manoeuvres, and proceed to spending half an hour, an hour, more, weaving between concrete pillars, smashing into parked cars as you fluff your handbrake turns, and wonder if you'll ever get out of this drab hell to actually play the game.
