Again, nothing wrong with the female anatomy, but... how to put this delicately...
When you put a nest of bugs in... a place they shouldn't be... then force the player to stare at it as they try to shoot it with a shotgun - as it spews bugs - it's a mess. And grim.
Marguerite is one of the more disgusting moments in the game. Sure, you have several giant mass of flesh, but Marguerite is a far more self-contained monstrosity. The way she staggers around and unashamedly... hatches... bugs from her, you know. It is really effective in unnerving the player.
Its probably one of the better boss fights in the game as it plays on that sickening sense of perversion. It is a really good fight, mired amongst all this disgusting imagery. And it's... a woman shooting giant flies out of her... special place... Urgh, its disgusting just thinking about it.
