8. Saints Of Rage
Whilst locating Johnny Gat you are for whatever reason thrust into a 2D side scrolling beat em' up overtly riffing Streets of Rage. Rule number one of playing a Saints Row game is to never question anything the story does - just embrace the insanity and homages which is in this case reliving the events leading to Johnny Gat's demise while beating the crap out of poorly rendered pixels and muffled voices that sound like they're coming from a garbage can. For what it's worth, it's actually a really entertaining diversion from the core game too and never once feels like a dragged out joke.
