10 Most Evil RPG Characters Of All Time

CD Projekt RED's The Witcher 3 is known for having some incredibly well-written, nuanced villains. The Bloody Baron, Gaunter O'Dimm, and Emhyr var Emreis are just a few examples of how well the fantasy RPG nails this. However, while most of the baddies in this game are layered and complex, there's one who is simply an absolute scumbag.  

Cyprian Wiley, otherwise known as Whoreson Junior, is a disturbed creep who will make your skin crawl. He's a member of Novigrad's four top crime lords and has one hell of a rap-sheet, including blackmail, robbery, conspiracy, and more. However, it's his perverted home-time hobby that lands him a spot on this list.  

Even when he's not on the work clock, Whoreson Junior still commits heinous crimes, as he has an unhealthy obsession with kidnapping and torturing women. His home is a tapestry of agony and mutilation as it's filled with the bodies of his victims.  

Cyprian Wiley may be human, but he's such a monster he deserves a spot in Geralt's bestiary.
