The Black Knight Halberd is probably the only weapon that could make a good case for being "objectively" better than some of the other choices on this list. It beats off the competition from the Zweihander because combat with it is much quicker, but still has the same benefit of dealing a lot of damage from the off and only growing more powerful alongside you.
