10 Most Twisted Video Game Achievements Ever

5. Mile High Club - Call Of Duty 4

Back in the day when most Call of Duty campaigns weren't just considered an afterthought, with almost everyone rushing straight into the multiplayer, the games included some of the most epic storytelling ever seen in a first-person shooter.

Sure, they didn't have a universe as large as the average RPG, with lore so expansive you'd need to study a biblically sized guide to even understand what was going on, but that wasn't the point. CoD introduced you to a cast of memorable characters, and set you straight off on saving the world with an assault rifle for the good of democracy.

Once players reached the end of the campaign they were treated to a bonus mission, that served as an epilogue of sorts to the game's story.

However, none of these epilogues was quite as memorable as that of Call of Duty 4's Mile High Club.

To obtain the achievement of the same name, the player had to navigate through several waves of enemies in under 60 seconds before finishing off the final enemy with a well-timed headshot. Although this may not seem as twisted as some of the other list entrants, anyone who spent hours attempting to complete this back in the day can attest to just how infuriating it could be.
