10 Most Underrated Video Games Of 2015

6. Transformers Devastation (PC, PS4, XBO, PS3, X360)

Do you remember what Transformers was like before it was desecrated by the movies? When it was all Saturday-morning TV, bright colours and likeable characters? If your memory of Transformers has been tainted by Michael Bay, then you should try out Transformers Devastation when you get the chance - which will warmly hark back to those 90s childhood mornings spent in front of the telly. The game is developed by PlatinumGames (of Bayonetta and Metal Gear Rising fame), so the combat is that fast-paced, combo-based style that made those games so satisfying. You get to control five of the series' most iconic autobots, and switch as you please between their robot and car forms. The story is written by Andy Schmidt, who wrote several of the Marvel Transformers comics, so has a fun comic-book tone to it (and is certainly more accomplished than the movies). One of the big downfalls of Devastation is its eight hour length, so you may want to wait for a sale before picking it up to make sure you get your money's worth.
