10 Most Useless Weapons In The Fallout Universe

Silenced weapons in the Fallout games can be quite literally a godsend, especially for those of you looking to keep a low profile as you dispose of their enemies.

However, the damage output is also possibly more important for silenced weapons than the loud options as once the first bullet lands your enemy will be alerted, which can often give the game away.

Unfortunately, this is where the Silenced .22 Pistol falls short in Fallout: New Vegas as it will likely never be enough, even with a well-placed headshot, to take down your enemy. The exception to this is where you have built your character around landing critical hits on your enemy in which case this weapon can be invaluable due to its higher critical hit chance and critical hit damage.

However, unless you have made the effort to build your character in a way to take advantage of this it is unfortunately inferior to any other silenced weapon in the game and for many players enters and exits their inventory with little more than a whisper.
