10 Overlooked Upcoming Games You MUST Consider

8. Eclipsium

Acts of Blood
Housefire

Eclipsium is a game seemingly designed to make you feel deeply uneasy and yet, you probably won't be able to look away.

The game's surreal, pixelated aesthetic clearly hearkens back to retro horror games, as players navigate a - and we quote - "sunless world [that] begins devouring itself." As it does.

This psychedelic psychological horror walking simulator is all about its atmosphere, with the trailers showing off its intensely unsettling, oppressive mood and bevy of peculiar artistic choices, like seemingly having your hand permanently held out in front of you for the entire game.

This won't be one for those craving a chill time, then, but if you want to immerse yourself in a game so thickly vibes-rich you could almost choke on it, it looks like just the ticket. We suspect playing it late at night with headphones is the way to go.

Eclipsium is due to release in Fall 2025.
