It can be hard to replace your favorite weapon after it breaks, which is why the following item duplication exploit can come in handy for preserving your arsenal of choice.

In order to make the glitch work, you first need to find a tall enough ledge to jump off it. Select the item you wish to duplicate and then fall off the ledge while holding the R button and aiming to throw the item with D at the same time.

Before Link hits the ground, release the R button to drop the selected item, and immediately press the X button to throw it as well.

If done correctly, your simultaneous dropping and throwing should produce two perfect copies of the same item. Now all you have to do is keep one of the duplicated items on the ground and repeat the process as many times as you desire.
