10 Perfect Video Game Ideas EVERYONE Is Ignoring
6. Justice League: The Game
These days, superhero games are better than they've ever been. Gone are the days where a video game based on a comic book character felt like the diabolical plot of a villain, as Rocksteady's Arkham series and Spider-Man from Insomniac have paved the way for superhero games to live up to the lofty expectations.
So it strikes us a bit odd that the premiere superhero team of all time, the Justice League, is without a modern video game adaptation. Square-Enix is bringing Marvel's Avengers to home consoles and PC's this September, but the Superfriends appear to have been left in the cold.
Something like this seems like a no-brainer, as the game could feature team-up missions in addition to solo adventures. One mission could be a team-up between Superman and Batman, while the next would be an individual effort by Wonder Woman.
All of it could culminate in an epic final battle, as you could take a page from the X-Men Legends book and swap between all the League members at the press of a button.
With an infinite catalogue of lore to choose from and using the Arkham series as a jumping-off point, not having a game with the world's greatest superteam feels like a massive missed opportunity.
