10 Problems That Stop Popular Video Game Companies Being Perfect

5. Ubisoft's Online Launches Are Always Bugged

Over the past few years, Ubisoft has established itself as a publisher that makes pretty good multiplayer games.

But the thing holding the company back is that these titles are always bugged at launch. Whether it's been servers going down, lag making games unplayable, or in the case of The Division, amateur design mistakes that made even getting online at all a chore, it's more of a surprise to get a multiplayer game from the publisher that does work rather than one that doesn't these days.

Even worse is that Ubi's terrible online systems cripple its single-player titles as well, with big features in games like Watch Dogs being unavailable because of Uplay messing up on launch day.

The publisher is making some of the best online experiences around, but players won't stick around much longer if they can't make them stable on the back end.
