10 PS5 Exclusives That Would DESTROY Xbox Series X
9. Days Gone 2
If you paid attention to what reviewers said about Days Gone, you probably didn't play it. That's a massive shame, as it was very unfairly reviewed, and underneath these bad mouthed words is actually an excellent game, with some really cool underlying technology.
If you paid attention instead about what gamers who played it said, you may be more inclined to actually pick it up. Full disclaimer: I didn't buy it on release because of the reviews, and picked it up earlier this year. 50 hours or so later with a platinum trophy under my belt, and I regret absolutely nothing and will tell anyone how good Days Gone actually is.
Fighting a Horde of hundreds of Freakers at once is both terrifying and exhilarating, and it's a marvel that Bend Studios even managed to get so many enemies on screen at once using the PS4.
The game does end on a massive cliffhanger too, so there's potential for a sequel. With more resources, more polish and a real drive to improve on the original, a sequel to this could actually do really well on the PS5.
Let's not forget Assassin's Creed 2 is miles better than the first one, after all!
